Yes, every part of our tables is made from solid rubberwood — the tabletop, legs, apron, and extension leaf. There is no MDF, particle board, or veneer anywhere unless stated. You can tell by the weight (~150 lbs), the visible and unique wood grain on every surface, and the sound when you tap it. If you're ever in doubt, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely happy for any reason, we'll arrange pickup at our expense and issue a full refund. No restocking fee. Since each table is artisan crafted from natural wood, grain patterns will vary — that's what makes yours unique.
The butterfly leaf is stored inside the table itself — just pull the two halves apart and the leaf rises up from the center and unfolds. It takes about 10 seconds and one person can do it. No separate pieces to store.
The tabletop comes fully assembled. You only need to attach the legs using the included hardware and wrench. Most customers finish in 20–30 minutes. We recommend two people to flip the table upright after attaching the legs.
Our tables are finished with water-based, food-safe coatings that contain zero formaldehyde, zero VOCs, and no toxic chemicals. Formaldehyde — linked to cancer and serious respiratory problems — is commonly found in mass-produced furniture. We never use it. Completely safe for families with children and pets.
